Cambodia ICT Camp 2018 is a 5-day workshop on open data, innovation,
citizenship, and information communication technology. Participants
from the Lower Mekong region learn how to securely adapt technologies
to tackle social and environmental issues in their communities and
across borders.
Participants board together during the event. The 2018 Camp especially
encourages participants from independent media, civil society
organizations, human rights defenders, community workers, and local
government officials in Cambodia.
The 2018 camp follows a series of successful Mekong ICT Camps, the
most recent in 2017. At that event, a Cambodian ICT Camp was proposed.
