[Notice: All speakers will be fully supported during the Cambodia ICT
Camp 2018.]

We encourage submissions to focus on the specific impacts of
technologies, rather than showcase new tools that are as yet untested.
We invite individuals to submit presentation abstracts or workshop
proposals by 25th November 2018.

Cambodia ICT Camp 2018 is a five-day workshop on open data,
innovation, citizenship, and information communication technology. The
2018 Camp especially encourages participants from independent media,
civil society organizations, community workers, local government
officials, private sector, university students, and startups in
Cambodia.

During the event, the participants will board together to learn how to
securely adapt technologies to tackle social and environmental issues
in their communities. Participants are required to attend the entire
camp until the end of the program.

The 2018 Camp follows a series of successful Mekong ICT Camps, the
most recent in 2017. At that event, a Cambodian ICT Camp was proposed.

The 2018 Camp to be held on 17-21 December in Siem Reap province, Cambodia.
