I'm sure some of you are getting this email twice (sorry) because
you're on the BarCampOrlando announcement list and you registered for
BarCamp. If you're not registered yet for BarCampOrlando, go do it
already: http://barcamporlando3.eventbrite.com/

BarCampOrlando is tomorrow so here's all the last minute info you need.

Just a reminder that BarCamp is an unconference. It is participant
driven and all of the sessions you will attend will be coming from the
community. Commercial / Marketing presentations are discouraged.
People are coming to BarCamp to learn, so please teach us something!
Projectors will be available in each of our 3 venues, and if you don't
need a projector, you can lead a discussion outside in Wall Street
Plaza.  Be sure to show up early if you want a slot.

If you want to see the schedule of talks online during the event,
you can go to http://s.barcamporlando.org on your laptop or your phone
to see the schedule.  Hopefully this will alleviate the need to go
look at the white board between each talk.  Keep in mind the schedule
can be a bit dynamic, so checking the schedule before you head to your
next session is a good idea.

To get an idea of where the sessions are at, check out the map:

Don't forget, all barcamporlando attendees get FREE LUNCH at 1 PM,
served at The Globe.

The official tag (twitter, flickr, blog, etc) is: barcamporlando. We
encourage you to use your favorite tools to provide feedback on the
event in real time. Also, don't feel like you are stuck in a session.
If the topic is not up to snuff, vote with your feet!

If you're looking for a place to park downtown, here's a map of
places nearby: http://bit.ly/CXXgk

If you want to park for free downtown (and you don't mind a short
walk), check out my map here for free locations:  http://bit.ly/NntiG

BarCampOrlando check-in and talk signups start at 9:30am, and the
talks start at 10am. There are a limited number of t-shirts for
registered campers, so you will want to get there early. If you miss
out, do not fret! We have invited Saintly Designs to come out to the
event and print T-Shirts on-demand. These shirts aren't free, but they
will be cheap ($10).

The last talks will end at 6pm and we will break for an hour while
we break down and clean up. This is a great time to grab a bite to eat
before the official after-party gets started. The after-party will
start at 7 PM at Slingapour's in the Wall Street Plaza. Learn more
about what's in store here: http://www.barcamporlando.org/

Thanks and we're looking forward to seeing your talks this year!

  Viva La Barcamp!
