Two events that you may want to know about.
First up BarCamp Tampa Bay is September 25-26th. This time around they are having a Media day and THEN a dev day. Should be interesting to see how that turns out, see http://barcamptampabay.org/ for more information.
Secondly, I want to make sure you know about "Rails for Zombies", an Intro to Rails tutorial being put on by the Orlando Ruby Users Group taking place at CoLab Orlando the evening of Thursday, September 9th. If you've wanted to learn Ruby on Rails, this will be a great way to get started. Rails 3 came out last Sunday, so now is a great time to check it out!
