Hey BarCamp,

If you didn't get enough ITP unconference goodness at BarCampNYC4, get
another dose at PCamp. Deets:

Democracy is a game in which we all make the rules. How do we make
this serious game more inclusive, more fair, and more fun?

Participation Camp is a two-day open conference exploring this
question through workshops, presentations, gameplay, art, and
collaboration. The epicenter for this event is New York University's
ITP program, located in downtown Manhattan. Many sessions will be
open to virtual participation, and some will take place entirely
online, so you can join us no matter where you are.

There is no fee to attend. Learn more and register at <http://
participationcamp.org>

***What's Happening at PCamp?***

- A sculpture made of nearly 3000 ping pong balls and lots of sticky
stuff, built entirely by conference participants.
- A conference-wide game of Nomic, the only game where you win by
changing the rules
- Presentations by thought leaders in the open government movement
- Open space for you to give your own presentation, if you choose
- A code sprint, with top developers working to create new open
government solutions on the spot
