Bummer. If you think Stuy is really really worthwhile as a venue,
maybe we should ask them for their next availability and plan a
barcamp around the date?

I think that as a physical space it is excellent: many classrooms with
tall ceilings, a large auditorium, large hallways for common areas,
etc. I didn't go as far as to inquire what their current networking
situation is like. It is located in Tribeca, which means that there
aren't as many places open late for post-conference eating and
drinking. All in all, I don't think that it's as great of a space as
ITP (I think it's much better than Poly U) , but we did mention at
dinner that the conference was held at different spots each year
because the previous space was unavailable, so it's at least worth
talking about this a bit more.
