Merge DemoCampMontreal5 with BarCampCanada?

Hi everyone,

Since the two events are only a few days apart, why not merge them
into one event on November 3rd? The DemoCampMontreal5 wiki has been
pretty much dead anyway since the date for BarCampCanada was
confirmed.

Speakers are disappearing and I don't see the list of attendees
growing.
