Guys, I wanted to break this discussion out of the budgeting thread so
it wouldn't get lost on in the noise.

Here is a quote I recieved today from a friend for screen printing.

$4.25 a shirt with a $25 set up fee for each color/screen so $50 for 2
colors/one side. If we get sponsorship and want to do additional
printing on the back of the shirt, it will run us $4.50 a shirt with an
extra set up fee of $25 for extra color on the back. Minimum orders are
48 but they'll do 36 for us.

We'll need to think of sizing and quantity for this shirts.

How much lead time do they need?

The closer we get to the date, the better we'll know what quantities
to order. We'll have to figure out the sizes a bit later as well.

I'll get a turn around time from them today, my guess would be 2 days,
but let me confirm that.

hey guys, turns out a friend of mine from high school's family owns a
screenprinting company here too. I'm going to get some prices from them.

ok got the prices:

I can do your screens at $20 each color per design. 2 color
design=$40. 2 Designs with 2 colors=$80

FOL or Hanes 50/50 t-shirt, White: S-XL
2 colors FRONT or BACK: $4.10 per piece
2 colors FRONT and 2 colors BACK: $4.35 pp

*If your order is under 20 pcs add $1.50... but that doesn't seem to
be an issue.
*Add $1.50 for 2XL
*Add $2.75for 3XL
*Add $4.00for 4XL
*Add $5.50 for 5XL
