Budgeting

I've started budgeting for BarcampMiami T-shirts and also for food and
soft drinks. If anyone has suggestions on T-shirt makers and catering,
please let me know.

When I've got an approximate budget, I can start sending out some
sponsorship requests.

I have a friend of mine who runs a tshirt printing shop up here in
Broward. If anyone gets any quotes please let me know so I can run them
by him and see if he can beat the price.

We should also figure out how many colors we'll need and if we want 2
or 1 sided printing.

Here's what I got:

36, 72, 96 quanities with 2 colors on front of white shirt = $6.00 +
$35 setup per color + $20 per pms color match

36, 72, 96 quanities with 2 colors on front and 1 color on back of
white shirt = $8.00 + $35 setup per color + $20 per pms color match

Printing on the back will depend on whether we get a sponsor and
whether we need to sell that space in order to get the sponsorship.
The best thing would be to make a Barcamp shirt without the sponsor's
name. We can give the sponsor other visibility options without giving
them the t-shirt space.
