Just a quick note to give an estimate on our budget for food, drinks
and t-shirt printing. Based on quotes we've gotten, the event will run
us approximately $1,500 for 100 people. It's too early to tell how
many will attend, but this is the amount we will be looking for from
our sponsors initially. Any amounts not spent here will be rolled over
to the next BarcampMiami event.
