Notes from BarCampMadison planning, next steps

A few notes from this week.
* ULI can provide the space again in the US Bank building. Not the exact same space, but space that should work well. Might be on the 3rd and 1st floors, although 9th is open (but might not be needed.)
* We decided to raise the company sponsorship level to $250. Individuals can give at any amount. Sponsors page is current on the site and donations will again go through Danenet.
* We'd like to have a board of sorts where everyone's profile could be seen - including picture. Maybe from an instant camera or photo booth. If you'd like to champion this process, the link is below.
* We're thinking it would be good to have one or two photographers who aren't totally there as attendees. They'll be able to take more/better shots.
* Barriques is up for providing coffee in the morning. Some local food vendors are in the works for lunch.
I've created a signup sheet for anyone who wants to champion a particular aspect of this event. The commitment is whatever you want to make of it, we just need people to take ownership and make things happen. Some tasks are pretty small, but important.

I added a note on projectors and my Photo Booth. (Feel free to edit as
needed.)
I'll also be an "attending" photographer. Yes I'll be in sessions and
not fully focused on photos, but I'm not an organizer, so hopefully I
can get some good stuff. But I still agree, a non-attending photographer
would be good.
