Gear up for Startup Weekend... Nov 20-22

Hey folks -

Just a quick note to remind you that while Barcamp 8 may be delayed, Startup Weekend is still happening.... and this year we get to be part of their global effort.

A few days before Startup Weekend, we will be doing an orientation on What Works at Startup Weekend. It is a free event and I hope you will join me. We've got a lot of great stuff in the pipeline that we only get as part of their global effort and if you come to this event you will get a leg up on the competition.

This year I get to offer a limited number of free tickets for volunteers. It's my preference to give them to any comp sci students on this list, followed by designers... and in order to volunteer it would be really helpful if you attended this orientation.
