Half the problem solved... anyone ever developed anything on Aloqua?

Ok, so Erick Brownstein from Bloblive solved half my problem... I can use the Aloqua service for locations, channels and app platform... but that still leaves me with dev stuff...  Does anyone know anyone who has developed apps on Aloqua?
