Unique office space coming available (Santa Monica)

My startup has grown from 4 to 30+ people in the last couple years and
can no longer fit all our employees in our office space, so we are
moving on.

Our fantastic landlord who works on the lower floor is interested in
talking to good tenants who might be able to put this upper floor to
good use.

but it really has to be seen in person to appreciate its unique
nature.

Everything about this place comes highly recommended and we are sad to
have to leave it; we'd like to help our friend find new tenants who
could enjoy it as much as we have.

Congrads on the expansion!!!

'WHERE' work lounge would be interested in hosting this site as the
main tenant even if you have additional inquiries from others...( and
anyone who is interested and needs a space asap but not the whole
thing ... please post your interest and maybe we can make this happen
faster!)

WHERE: Meet, Mix, Mogul (WHERE: MMM) is currently in the process of
expansion into Pasadena, Downtown and the Westside.
