Announcing BarCampKC 2010 on Nov 6th

Hey Guys,

This year is the third annual BarCampKC, the unconference for sharing
your passion. Planning took
place on and off around Aug. Venue and dates were finally solidified
fairly recently. And if some of you might know, the original URL was
lost to a squatter.

# Venue
BarCampKC will be held on Saturday, Nov 6th at Liberty Square. The
event will be split between two Liberty establishments: Crepes on the
Square and Las Compas. The morning sessions will be at Las Compas
starting at 9:00am. In the afternoon, we will be meeting at Crepes on
the Square, which is just across the street from Las Compas. Many
thanks to Vince V. for making the arrangements.

# Agenda and the Wiki
In the spirit of an unconference, a schedule is rarely created in
advance. The finalized presentation schedule is determined the morning
of the conference. Instead we ask participants to update the BarCampKC
wiki on topics they would like to present or would be interested to
hear about. This year we will have four tracks for presentations:
mobile media, technology, design and show & tell.

# Your involvement
BarCampKC is a user-generated conference. It means the people who
attend the event are the same individuals who organize and present at
the event. We hope you would come and present. If presentation is a
scary concept, be ready to listen to others in the community, ask
great questions and check for any requests on the wiki page.

# Registration
Tickets are $15 in advance. The cost covers breakfast in the morning
and coffee throughout the day. The registration link is at
