I was thinking about speakers this morning too. Yesterday, I came
across
fashioncamp.org on my feeds. Their camp was organized in a
similar to ours. They used
uservoices.com to setup a speaker forum to
gauge interest; thought that was pretty cool use case. A few things
we can do is write a new blog post updating on our current situation
and to start requesting speakers. The simplest way to post topics is
to start a new thread or use the barcampkc wiki (
http://barcamp.org/
BarCampKC).
