Attached is a PDF of the current supply list. As you can see...we
need to get some additional materials pinned down..at least on the
list I'm operating. We currently have 8 volunteers, which I think is
a nice start.

Let me know if you can help out in any way.

Hey all,

I have a projector and a screen that can be used. I mentioned this before, so I don't know if you already have me down or not.

Cheers,

Ryan

That's great, guys. I'll have an updated punch list out this evening.

One thing i'm scared might slip through the cracks are stands for laptops and projectors. One of the cave dweller brought in a bunch of walkers (yeah...creepy) which he thinks could be repurposed but I haven't put too much thought into it yet.

Just something to keep in mind.

How do people sign up to speak?  Might help determine if we are going to actually run two or three tracks..

I was thinking about speakers this morning too. Yesterday, I came
across fashioncamp.org on my feeds. Their camp was organized in a
similar to ours. They used uservoices.com to setup a speaker forum to
gauge interest; thought that was pretty cool use case. A few things
we can do is write a new blog post updating on our current situation
and to start requesting speakers. The simplest way to post topics is
to start a new thread or use the barcampkc wiki (http://barcamp.org/
BarCampKC).
