Just a quick update to let you guys know what's going on
- Venue: The most important thing at the moment, right? With Huy Zing's helps, I already have contact of key persons from RMIT Hanoi I have to talk with. I and my friend - a RMIT Hanoi's student - are preparing and we just made an appointment with Pierre - Head of HN campus & Aca.Coordinator Internships HN on Wednesday next week. Hope everything will be okie.
- Homepage: I heard that Huy Dung (?) is working on it but I don't know how it's going. The current homepage based on Wordpress is running quite okie. Please check it out: http://www.barcamphanoi.org If no problem, I think just let it run as the official homepage. Any idea?
- Logo: I am going to set up a tiny contest for designing Barcamp Hanoi 2009 logo. The prize may be a free T-shirt that's printed the winning logo. I will write more detail on the homepage tomorrow.
- Other works: There are many things to do that we need somebody to take charge of. Please raise your hand to let us know what you can do best. We need one chief organizer and maybe 2 or 3 additional organizers for each tasks

I have no experienced in conducting one of the works you list. But i am pleased to help one of those!!!

@xoai: OK, just let in run. After some discuss with hoatle last night,
we agree that we should keep the official homepage simple as it is now
and focus on organize a wiki which has a clear structure and easy to
follow for both attenders, sponsors and volunteers. We're at the stage
of collecting and organizing information. Please tell us if you
already have any plan on a wiki so we can minimum the conflict.

We already have a wiki hosted on Wikidot.com here http://wiki.barcamphanoi.org
It's usable but not really a good wiki system. So I think we will install another using Dokuwiki or Wikimedia. The problem is that my web server - NginX is quite complicated to configure for various web scripts. So if you have another server, I will point the sub domain wiki.barcamphanoi.org to yours then you can set the wiki up. Is that ok?
