because I was one of the main organizers of BarCamp Saigon and I am also an RMIT lecturer, RMIT Hanoi has been in contact with me to get a clear idea of what could be done to make this a success as well.
As venue liaison for RMIT for Saigon, I had filled out a number of internal forms for RMIT.
So I've just forwarded these to Pierre Dietrichsen, Gareth O'Hara, and Nguyen Thu Ha for them to get a clear idea of the exact requirements that we needed, especially regarding details of what is needed and what needs to be put where before the event, as well as the staff requirements (IT, cleaning, security, parking, medical).
These are internal documents so I'm not sure if it's you guys' or Ninh's responsibility to modify them for BarCamp Hanoi.
Ninh, you may want to ask the RMIT folks if you need to prepare these forms or give input.

Thank you so much. I and my friend (a RMIT student) take charge of this. Can you send me a copy of those form? We will work and prepare for the meeting with RMIT this Saturday based on the documents. It's so bad that we didn't ask you sooner. Your advices will help us alot.

It's better if you ask Peter & co. about them first.
They may ask you to fill the forms out yourself or ask you to help them fill the forms out.
