T-shirt and food ;-)

Friends,

I assume that we have 300 T-Shirts (and about 30~50 volunteers).

My opinion:

- 100 for volunteers (2-3 T-shirts for each. Ones will have their own choice. I personally will give them to the right people - some guys who really like IT and Barcamp)

- 150 for sale with net price

- 50 for free (first come first served)

Good points:

- Volunteers will feel happier than having nothing ;-)

- Buyer supports this event by buying

- No need much money from sponsors

- Reduce the un-expected cases from"bad ones" who like food and T-Shirt only :D

Bad points:

- Maybe it is not common like other Barcamp events in the past. 

- Friends, please add more here.

The problem is that 70% of the people will not be there at the end of the day.
It doesn't mean that they don't care.
It just means they have other things to do, are tired, etc.--legitimate reasons.
We ended up with an excess of T-shirts and we wish they had our T-shirts to wear as advertising for BarCamp.

I think it's best if you give T-shirts away during a break time in the middle of the afternoon.

By the way, I think that BarCamp Saigon was too long--we should have made it about 1.5 hours earlier
