BarCamp Des Moines "rules"

Here's an FAQ from today that I thought I'd post:

Absolutely. The official "BarCamp Rules" are a little to restrictive
for us in saying that if you show up you should be prepared to speak
or help someone with a presentation.

Our BarCamp is much more laid back. It's just going to be a bunch of
informal conversations and we encourage everyone to share in the
discussions :)

I know someone who is very interested in attending but they were
concerned that they don't have anything to offer and didn't want to
speak but really wanted to come and learn. Should I encourage them to
go anyway??
