MASK THEATRE is organizing its second theater festival ‘KATHA MANCHAN-2010 , 11th to 15th feb, punjab kala hawan, sector-16 chandgarh, 6:30 pm daily.
Five different stories will be enacted by five different groups and directors. It’s a collective effort of different theater groups across tricity.this time a theatre group from lucknow is also participating in the festival.
Katha manchan is not taking any grant from any govt/pvt bodies. The orgaisers and participants are depending on contributions given by audience. At the entrance everyone will be given an envelope in which they can put their contributions if they want, but its not mandatory. Organizers are hopeful that they will get full support from audience as they got last year.
By doing katha manchan these enthusiastic theatre artists want to create a space where new talents can explore and exhibit their potential without the fear of failure.
They are going with the words- LETS SEE IF THEATER IS POSSIBLE WITH THE HELP OF PEOPLE.

-there wil be no chief guests, no reserve seats and no special invitations.
