Planning Session on Thursday Dec 18th

In preparation for the upcoming Barcamp Charlotte we are planning to
get together with people to talk about the event and start getting
more structure around the days.

I'll be there from 5pm onwards - just ask for Barcamp - and we can
walk through where we need help, what we are getting ready and also
share ideas on some of the following subjects:

* Equipment we need
* Friday night event location
* Promotion (how we can get the word out)
* Set-up
* Sponsorship levels
