We have a provisional date!
15 - 17 June (The 16th is a public holiday. Please check out the site

A request: If you are planning on attending/presenting, can you please
move your name to the "Barcampers" section, and if you have an idea
for your presentation please add that under "Proposed sessions" along
with your name (This would really help to add interest).

Still looking for a suitable venue, if you have any ideas let me know.
The dream venue would be an intimate place with two or more breakout
rooms, ideally with a "refreshment" area, but I am not ruling out
sports or school halls and other similar suitable spaces. Ideally I
would like to stay away from the larger formal theatre-like
presentation halls, as I don't think they would suitable for the sort
of intimate discussions that we are hoping for. The Atlantic
Underwater Club (behind green point stadium) seemed keen to host,
pending dates. It is a smallish venue with two main rooms, a bar and
kitchen. If any of you know the place, please let me know what you
think, there would be a cost involved for booking.
