Am I correct in understanding this conference is literally a camp and
that everyone just sleeps there over night?

BarCamp unfortunatelly falls over day 5 and 6 of an 8 day intensive
course I am doing. I will be ducking out of the course to join and will
not be able to be there the whole time. I was toying with the idea of
being there for the introduction on Friday morning but since I
discovered how far away Kuils river is I don't think this is an option
(is there a map available?).

So what I was thinking was to come Friday afternoon and leave Saterday
midmorning.

How many people are planning to be at the midnight pillow fight? And
what do we do for food... is there a kitchen with fridge?

Yip, though I doubt everyone will stay :)

Sounds good, lunch is  at 1:30 (hopefully)

I will be there, there are shops and take-aways all around us and yeah there is a fridge

HI Laurence,

I recommend mailing out a scaled copy of the flyer:

Conrad, don't you want to send a reminder email to clug-announce (at
clug.org.za) I'll see that it passes moderation and gets broadcast...
