Hi all,

What do you think of having a meeting on Friday or Saturday to review
the progress ?

I think we should have regular meeting until THE DAY , maybe every week ?

We can use IRC or Skype for example.

A (not-so) regular meeting can help us sum up the achievements.

We can use IRC or Skype for example.

I think IRC networks are more open. I'm waiting for the reply of #barcamp channel admins for the use of their channel.
They are many IRC clients but the easiest could be the webchat [1].
However we may even create our own channel like #barcamp-cm [2] (I'm currently in that channel ;) )

Hi Guys,

I'm pretty agnostic as to what channel we use to communicate, however I think IM would be better than voice as with so many people speaking it might be a bit hard to manage.

In addition I think we should have an agenda prepared for the meeting and have a moderator who can move things along and summarise things as they go, we will also need a secretary (who could be the same as the moderator) for the meeting who can take the conversation log and summarise the main points of discussion with the outcomes and actions so that we can move forward effectively.

Any takers?

Do we agree to use #barcamp-cm [1] as communication tool ?

If yes, I may help in the moderation and logging of the meeting. My only concern will be the date we'll choose because I'm not very stable :)

Concerning the agenda, We can review all the points of the Tasks TODO list [2]
