College Libermann as a possible venue

Hi all,
I'd like to inform everybody that the "College Libermann" [1] agrees to host the event on saturday the 7th of november. It can be a 1 day event.
We can use their gymnasium and two playgrounds[2]. Usually the school rents each playground at FCFA 12.000 (~18 euros) per hour.

We should set the details in september with the school administration. Actually it's the holiday  but I already have the ;)
I can coordinate the dealing with the school...

Then thats Great cause its really big over the and that should give us 288 000 thousand for one day, It seems to believe that everyone is beggining to accept the 7 november Date..... can we please officialise this , because if that is true, then we are at J- 64.... and thats really close and i believe the following are issues we are supposed to officialise :

   Before the First piont we should take up responsibities of who is taking care of what,agree on that and go ahead.

1. Date "7 november everyone seems to say"

2. Location "College Liberman"

3. Sponsors "Ringo , Open Solutions, Kerawa.com, Afrikeo.com , others ?????" and Sponsoring Dateline request "?????" 

4. The Theme. "Digital Dreams was lately suggested".

5 Publicity , Media , News (Creation of Posters, PLVs, Brochures , .....) 

i know this issue have already been presented , could we please pronounce ourselves on these issues and go ahead.....

Here is my feedback :

*Sponsors : *we have now a agreement with Air France-KLM , thye will
offer a discount ( dont expect 50% off ...) for those attending Barcamp
Cameroon and coming from abroad.
still looking for Hotel sponsors

we made good progress for the food (lunch ) and are now working on
getting the drinks ( coffe, water, soft drink..) and dinner for the
evenning.

*Publiciy and media : *we should have a good coverage of the event on
the web ( will the send the list of web sites next week ) Hope to finish
the presentation for the press on sunday and have the letters sent by
mid august latest.
I don't think we need any Plv,posters or flyers ... let's keep this
event cheap and simple.

*Podcast and webradio :* pending , nothing done yet
