After extensive (cough) research and a last check on options with
TaraA, I've nailed down The Blue Chalk Cafe as the location for
Saturday's party. For spending $5k on food and beverages (need to
work out the breakdown today) we get:
* Saturday 10am-4pm use of the space. Good for opening and closing
ceremonies, as well as 3-4 simultaneous conference sessions.
* Party Saturday 5-9pm
* Possibly, if they can staff it, Sunday 10am-4pm use of the space.

Cool. I think it will be easy to spend $5k...now that will be the big Facebook party? Or is that elsewhere? I'm confused.
