List for Tara 2.0

[Tara Hunt]

We need for rental:

• 2 large LCD or plasma monitors + screens (for twitter projection)
• 4 tables for registration (two for front, two for schwag)
• 2 schwag general tables
• 5 food tables (2 for coffee/donuts/snacks + 3 extra for Sunday lunch)

Shopping list for Thursday (I'll come with you):

• Large roll of paper
• colored dots
• markers (lots)
  
• colored tape
• flip chart paper (many)
  
• small address labels
• foam core
• notebooks
• pens

Anything else? For the party? Should we do Costco? Snacks?
