- barcampblock logo 2 x 2
- barcampblock logo+text 3 inches long
- 1000 each
- glossy paper
- they cut them for us
- $430 + tax
- on Thurs I sign off on the proofs
- They'll be here Friday around 2pm
- Marc Dickow at Jungle really rocks!

If we had done it in advance we could have used cheaper by-mail services
-- more like $120-150 per thousand -- but this is about what I expected
as a price for the last minute. I thought since we have limited tshirts
and buttons and etc., at least we will have stickers for all and sundry!

T-shirts! Buttons! Backstage Passes! Stickers! Water Bottles! This is looking good!

I'm putting together a 'welcome' package (with maps, guidelines, etc.). What do y'all think about listing the sponsors on that? I figure it should be fairly unobtrusive to do this and the majority of them have been so awesome about not being in your face.

Anything else we should put into a registration package? Tad has 'volunteered' to help at the front table as well. :)

Just wanted to weigh in and say that we should plan on having multiple "front tables" for check-in, don't you think? I'm thinking at least four stations, broken out by alphabet. We could set them up in one of the arcade areas. That way, there's an area overhead where we can hang a sign putting down to each of the stations that can be easily seen as people approach.

Yeah, 3 or 4 should work. We don't want too much chaos. After 10, though, Chris, Ross, Liz and I will be disappearing to open things up...so you may want to amalgamate tables at that point.

If you guys need manpower on the registration table, let me know and I
can help out. Otherwise, I will be taking photos of the registrants
upon picking up their badges.

You're on, Yohannes! We'll definitely need to do it in shifts...All of us there between 9:30 and 10:00, then we can trade off until noon.

Tara, speaking of transportation, I know you guys got to carry tons of
stuffs that day. In the event you, Chris, or the member of the staffs
need another car to transport the goodies, don't hesitate to let me
know.

I can help too with both the transportation and help at the registration
table.

But I'll just plan on showing up early and doing whatever's needed at the
time :)

I'm also more than happy to help out, take a shift, lift boxes, frost
cupcakes, panhandle, etc.
