I went ahead and made a spreadsheet of our appetizer choices. I think
it's wise to go with as much finger food as possible. Now, if we're
expecting 500, one ticket per person leaves us 2,500 for food. From
what I've chosen, we stand at 2,000 toward food. Let me know if you'd
like a little less food, with more $ toward drink tickets OR just plan
on using 1/2 the budget toward food. I'd like to send BlueChalk our
final choices by 2 pm at the latest. Thanks....Tara2.0
