Attached is an order form that lists a range of options for plasma/LCD rental. I don't know what size you had in mind, so please take a look at what's available and let me know which you'd like me to order.

What kind of file is this? It's opening up as a MPEG for me. Could you resend with a: CRE.txt or CRE.doc or CRE.pdf...whichever it is?
