We have web cams, getting them online to will be interesting as we found
that the ADSL is 50/50 for running on the day but have enlisted help from
inside the ISP to get things running =)

Cool, we have a few more hands on things organised. But im sure that there'll
be interest here so long as the lag isn't a killer ;)

We'll be using #BarCampAustralia on irc.freenode.net on the weekend
so this shouldn't be a problem to organise =)
