BarCampAustralia Dates?

Hi All

Apart from BarCampMelbourne (25/26 Aug) are there any more firm dates
for Australian barcamps. We are looking for a date for BarCampBrisbane
at the moment - at the moment it's looking like we might try and run
on same weekend as melbourne - but I'd been interested to hear if
there's anymore. Do Sydney have a date yet? I notice BarCampSacramento
also has one in June - maybe you could hook up with them.

Hi Steve,

here in Canberra we're still a bit paralysed - despite our best
efforts we are still in need of a venue. Without a venue all the rest
(fundraising, organising insurance and so on) are on hold.

We did have one in Adelaide and are probably aiming to keep it in the
first quarter around March next time so we can focus on Software
Freedom Day later in the year.
Have a look at regional venues, the prices are cheaper and people are
more relaxed generally, the challenge then is bandwidth in regional
areas.
