Man, you're quick. ;-)

I'll be adding a little bit more detail to the wiki shortly.
Basically, the general goal is to learn/share how the web can help us
better govern ourselves, support our democratic structures etc.
What's out there (tools, processes, projects)? What works, doesn't
work, needs work? Also, would like to bring together people who come
to this from different angles.
