Nin, Defago : There's a web tool called Narro[1] which enable you to do online L10n via web. I'll contact Mozilla L10n person to setup Narro for you guys.
Phuc : You can join dev-security[2][3][4] or you can check security related issues on bugzilla[5]

If there is any web-based translating system available I would like to join. Most of them I found has no Lao language translation for translate. I tried the Mercurial thing sometimes ago it seemed a bit difficult to work on.
