Dear all, it may make sense to have a meeting before Barcamp. It will be on Sunday, 6.11.2011, at 6pm (Os, can you host us again??).

Yes, some may be busy, but we are all, so please get one hour time and help us.

It looks like we will have T-Shirts at least for the volunteers.

So what is left ist just some signs like we had last year (This way to barcamp in English and Lao).

I will check the location in the week before Barcamp, please let me know if you want to join.

To make sure as many people as possible get this message I will post it on IT Biz and Barcamp Facebook page as well. Sorry for duplicates.

I meant will travel to the north on Sat then stay up there for a week

The sticker I already sent to print

The banners when we have all sponsor’ logo I will send it too

For T-shirt can we finalize the number and design by this week?

This week already ends today.. ok, for now we are safe with 150 USD. I will now do the design with the Logos I have so far. Keo, if you are on this list please send logo asap.

150 USD is 1.200.000 KIP, that means 48 Shirts (25.000 KIP for one). Is it possible to get them in black???

I would suggest 7 in XXL, 7 in XL, 13 in L and 21 in M
