- Process for Pilot (Mark, Ben, Marcus)

Ben is Outmap going to be ready to be used?  Will it work for this event?

At the moment the  process we have decided that using Flickr with tags is the best way,  and email is the second best way, and as a backup providing paper based research forms and clip boards on the day of.

I am thinking that I could also have a survey on the web accessible by phone that the CCTV address and info is taken in, the survey asks for Flickr ID or email address so it can be linked to the picture.

Alternatively we can provide paper based forms that can be filled out on the day and pictures and data can be uploaded post the event. 

I was hoping the pictures would be time stamped so I could use them for authentication in the requests made for access to information. 

 The other approach I was going for was people email the picture and fill in a form online for the access request, then I can search the for their email address and create the access request.

do you know how to configure the analytics page, it would be cool to see the hits on the website.

It would be great to ask for people to donate to this research, explaing that Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information Request costs £10.00 per request and that we are looking to process 231 of these requests.

 Is it easy to change menu locations? At the moment the blog is looking good but it would be great to sort the navigation out, what do you think?  Do you think it makes much of a difference?

Hi Mark,

Still not properly online, so sorry for brief reply, but yes - OutMap will be up and running for use by this by the end of next week. Pictures will be timestamped, but Flickr photos must be tagged and should also have the location written in the description as a backup. Ditto emails: the location should be in the body, in case gps data isn't available.
