Ho,
Next month there will be two big conferences about Internet policy in Bangkok.
6 June - .TH 25th anniversary conf,
with Steve Crocker (IETF) as keynote speaker: http://25th.in.th
7-8 June - INET Bangkok.
4 tracks with international and local speakers from Google Asia Pacific, Centre for Internet and Society (Bangalore), Open Data Taiwan, Internet Society, MICT, NECTEC, E-Government Agency, Chiang Mai Creative City, etc.:

So in 9 June, we like to take this opportunity to call for a meetup with tech community in Bangkok. As a post-conf event. To chat and network among people who interest on how tech will influence national policy/our rights, and vice versa. (OpenStreetMappers are very welcome as well. TH Schee from OSM Taipei will join us.)
Venue is to be announce. We still looking for it :) (with helps from James, Than, and friends)
Would be great if you can let us know if you likely to come, or have an interest to join next time krub :)
Cheers,
Art
