Looking for an actionscript person for an inhouse project

A friend asked me to help him find a flash/actionscript person to help
launch a website for an international client.
From what i understood the site is mostly done and now needs to get
ready to go live. There seem to be difficulties with the guys who have
developed the site so far. Person would be working in the agency's
office and work very close with him to get the site ready.
This is a thai company and the contact is thai as well but can speak
english.
