Hi guys,

Sorry for my bad attendance, but I have been following the emails.

If we have settled on RMIT I will get the proposal together and submit it to the group for review before sending to the RMIT event committee.

What is the exact date we have decided on?

Carl:

Speak of the devil, we were talking about you at the last meeting. I
just sent Thomas the proposal we sent to RMIT last year, which he will
update (either in content or just changing the dates) and then send to
you directly if that's okay. We can discuss this offline, but if you
can be the point-of-contact for BarCamp Saigon and RMIT that would be
wonderful. Anyways, you should be hearing from Thomas.

I assume you won't be at the next meeting although it would be
wonderful if you do come.

Have a good weekend everyone,
Tomo

Exact date: Our proposed date is July 1st at RMIT. Carl, if you think
that will be problematic then let us know. It's a Sunday and shouldn't
conflict with students schedules, for those who are in school.
