Can we shift the meeting to Saturday afternoon, at the same time and location?

Many members are busy today:

Mai Anh, Vu, marketing team, will not join.

Hoang, in Sponsor team, will be late.

Chris is not in HCMC

Tomo is busy also

....

Can we choose a better time for meeting?

I am busy for a trip on Sat, 17 March. If the meeting is on Sat, I
will update information with the meeting minutes.
I have some buz this week, so I haven't finished clarifying the
benefits of Sponsor yet.
I want to add 2 Sponsors to the list: ICDREC Center, JVN Excellent
Center. I can contact them.

I'll be away this weekend, and yes I was actually going to attend until you moved the meeting.

Just to give you an update on my end:

• The proposal has been submitted and Barend Scholtus (Head of the IT program here at RMIT) was cc'ed.
• There has been on response yet
• If there is still no response by Wed of next week I'll apply a bit of pressure

Hi a Long, you already can access Master file, can you add some information for companies you'll contact?

-Hoàng send "how to raise sponsor slide for newbie" to the group

-Deadline for sponsor team:
1st stage: contact to company and set meeting ( 24/3)

-Công resend sponsor document packet (form, process,proposal) - Cong -
pay attention to the "color" - status of sponsor
4 colors

Red: denied
Green: succeed!
Yellow: In process
White: No action yet.

-Hoang contact Tomo to do sponsor page in website, including sponsor,
process, proposal. Then put it in launch facebook group.
