Hi all,
It's pretty interesting that I found out this archive via Google Image
Search:

This kind of archive is what I think to make "Barcamp can be organized
by anyone"
and to help new volunteers about the tasks.

An introduction guideline + a full organizing process + a checklist
will save us time of confusing, asking, and explaining for next
organizing team.
What do you think?

Sure, good idea. For that reason I actually created the Action list in the master file. Only negative thing was, nobody used it ;-)
