Hi All,

Below is something that we, supply chain members, need to prepare.
I've just make it up so please supplement anything you feel necessary.
1. T-Shirt: where to order? cost per tshirt? deposit? time to start
ordering? time to receive?
Need someone to jump into this task and be main contact point for t-
shirt.

2. Coffee: as discussed in mail thread of Sponsor team, Tango juice is
now one of best providers.
Besides, i think we need to find other providers for sure. What do you
think?

3. Banners, paper, pen, sticky notes, printed material...
From previous events, we need to enumerate all particular things and
divide the work between us.

4. Recruitment board for sponsors, etc

5. Small gift, or just a certification, a gift card to thanks for
presenters (just an idea for warm atmosphere)

Please raise your thought, your voice in order to have a "good
service" for this interesting event :-)

Hi Chris,

we are still finding a supplier for T-shirt with good price. it
would be nice if you can share with us. For the paper and other stuff,
we can buy at whole sale store which will be cheaper. you can send
the contact list direct to me at thua...@gmail.com then i can share
with the rest of my team.
