Catering - any dietary requirements?

Hi all,

Anyone got any specific dietary requirements / lethal allergies / food
intolerances / doesn't like broccoli? We'd like to make sure we've got
as many bases covered as we can within the bounds of funding (I'll be
cheering for the vegetarians, as loudly as the low levels of iron in
my bloodstream will allow.)

Also, if anyone's got any thoughts for snack food during the day then
do let us know. We're narrowing down the actual lunchtime caterers
now, but I think there's still some scope for arguing about buns.

I love mushrooms so I'll eat all yours, I'm alergic to Tomatoes so we
can swap ;-)

So you're stuffed in the myriad places that think mushroom stroganoff

Amir's just booked the caterers, and I'm pleased to say it ISN'T ten
catering vats of mushroom stroganoff (do say if that's wrong,
Amir...!)

Half of the food will be veggie-friendly. Apart from one gluten-free,
anyone else have special dietary requirements?
