Help required?

organisers need for barcamp, hardware, transportation etc..?

schedule of things we need supplied, kindly kicked off by J-P. When
that's been updated with the current state of play we'll point
volunteers at that. We invite you to fill in any gaps.

Hi all,

Just to follow up on this as time grows tight, if you'd like to help
then please look at the red items on this list:

Basically:

* If you have a projector screen, then HELP! We need you. Uni Club
conference room walls are wood-coloured, not white.
* And if your company has a stack of branded biros, then also HELP!
It would be good to have them at BarCamp.

Other than that I think we're good to go. Cheers to Amir for keeping
on top of it all.

Hmm. Got one about 5 or 6 ft diagonal. It lacks a stand but can be hung up.

Anything would be handy. Can it be blutacked? Gaffataped?

The alternative at this late stage is sheets of A0 paper, so a screen
would be better.

OK. Might have to use twenty packs of blutack. Are there any picture
rails in the venue?

Dito the pens, also have notepads and maybe some flipchart pads left
over from a project which I can bring!

I'm also local so can help with the clean-up effort.
