Tech Setup - What should you bring to your session?

Good evening BCN12 Speakers!

I have received several great questions about technology and A/V needs for the event, so I want to sum up what you need to know - and bring - for your session.

What will be provided:

• Projector
• Projector Screen
• Wireless Internet*
• Wireless microphones for panels

*Please do not rely on Wi-Fi only. Capture screen shots of anything internet-based and save as a back-up option.

What you should bring:

• Laptop
• Dongle (for Mac users) - all projectors use VGA inputs
• PowerPoint "clickers" (optional)
• Extension cord - for additional electronics (optional)
• Your A-Game - and I know you will!

If you are planning to perform a special demonstration or think you might have a specific need not covered above, please send me a direct message via email and we'll work it out together.

I will be sharing an update on time slot and room assignments soon - stay tuned!

Abby, thanks for all this great info. Special request: I have 2 little kids at home and it would be great if I could do my slot and my panel with rob Robinson back to back, ideally between 2 and 4 (when they're napping). If not possible, no worries. Thanks.
