Barcamp MALACCA?

Hi , my name is Jia hen and i am a student in MMU melaka , we are now
hosting a event call Open Malacca which is a event that introduce Open
source technology to Melaka. So , before this event we plan to make
some sub-event and barcamp is the first one that come into our mind ,
so i hope that some guys in this group can give us the agenda and
budget or barcamp , so we can further discuss the thing.

Can anyone here give us a walkthrough of how to make a barcamp? Haha

Hi Jackson,
What i know is ... it is some how is related to open source and it is
like a conference , but in a more informal way.
There will be a room that we post all the venue and time of the topic.
And all other rooms will discuss all the interesting topics , this is
what i read from the internet....
We are willing to take the challenge!!!! Haha!

First change name, because this is a theme specific camp, give a
appropriate name ends with a camp/

gather volunteer, and people that knows what to do

get rooms, you should have that already

the budget is mostly on food and beverage

you probably need to control what can or cannot say...

We have form a group of people already ,
and we have started to write the proposal already to submit to our MMU
school for the ease of room booking and other stuff ,
So, when the date and all the details had been set , we will start the
wiki in barcamp.org!
