yesterday's meeting

Hi all,

We had a small meeting yesterday and the people present at the meeting were: Saroj, Saurav, Anjan and me. Well during the meeting we discussed a couple of things: I will list them down:

1. First thing first we need to collect the sponsorship money. We have yet to receive payments from some of the sponsors:

• NIP, Diyaalo(Saroj has receieved payment) 
• Jwalanta's contact(Saroj will follow up on it)
• Maxblogpress(Ankur to follow up on Pawan)
• Paypal donation (Ankur to follow up)
• Ace it and JTPL (Prashant)

2. Next thing is we have to finish the event report. We would like Jwalanta to take lead on that.

3. Printing Certificates for Sponsors and volunteers and also a appreciation letter to the speakers (Saroj)

We also talked about a follow up program. To discuss on some of the ideas that were present during the Barcamp and how to move them forward. We will have to sit again to discuss on it.

And also we have to start planning for the next Barcamp if we are to do it in 6 months.
