Hey Campers..

Hope you are doing well..

Two things...

First.. At Ahmedabad we are launching our first ever Mentoring Clinic.. Our = CIIE [http://ciieindia.org] though I think this might be out of focus for some of you, I'd still want to share this will all of you as the aim is to spread this initiative across the country in the coming year..

Mentoring Clinic's focus will be on Mentoring the startups in the country through engagements with Entrepreneurs and Industrialists.. For Example, in Ahmedabad we have been supported by people like Chirag Patel from Net4Nuts, Mr. Ketan Patel from Troikaa Pharmaceuticals, Mr Paresh Vasani, Mr. Sunil Parekh, Mr. Sunil Handa, Professors from IIM Ahmedabad like Prof. P.K. Sinha, Prof. Rekha Jain, Prof, Rajanish Dass etc..

The initiative has been launched to support startups and entrepreneurs who couldn't be supported through incubation at CIIE, due to its focus on Hi-Tech and Mass Impact Innovation driven Entrepreneurship..

Oh and yes, the event is scheduled in Ahmedabad on the 19th of this month :)

Secondly, TES - The TiE Entrepreneurs Summit is happening in Mumbai on the 21 - 23..
TiE Summit '09 aims to accommodate 2000 Enterprising Indians on a custom built dome spread across 60,000 sq. feet area that includes an amphi-theatre style auditorium and a 20,00sq. ft Indian Bazaar.What is unique about this unconference/jugaad is that:
-  many of the iconic entrepreneurs (like Mr. Narayana Murthy) will present/interview on stage 3-4 younger Made In India entrepreneurs, instead of talking about themselves;
- delegates will participate in huddles around icons in informal and interactive Gurukul sessions
-  you won't find stalls handing out brochures, but will experience an engaging Indian Bazaar spread across 20,000 sq. ft (see preview)
- excellent networking and mentoring opportunities using TES Connect and SMS wikis
-loads of gyan, inspiration and opportunities.
