Hi Volunteers..

Sorry but I'm pretty tight up with a couple of errands so had not been
active.

Just for your info

1) Tees
It's in printing process and as of my last tele-con with Cheryl, we
will be printing 170pcs instead of 150pcs (Cheryl, I've informed my
supplier of the increase, hope it'll be in time for the increment)

2) Name tags
There'll be 200pcs instead of 150s. I've also send in the materials to
the printer. I'm crossing my fingers that they can deliver the
printouts on time.

3) Silver hotstamp stickers
Had also send in for printing. 200pcs. We can use it to personalise
our tools or stick it on the prizes for all the contest.

Amanda, for all the above, Cheryl had informed me to obtain the
fundings from you. I'll contact you once I've got the total figures so
you can transfer the funds to my account. I'll also provide you the
invoice & receipt for documentation.

4) Sponsor's notice panel
I'm prepared to bring over the necessary stationeries to put up the
panels. But how's the sponsors' respond? Do we have at least 5 notices
ready? Eugene/ Siong: please chase and update. Thanks.

Also need help..

1) Bean bags & cushions
(I wish I was still in the event industry) We would need bean bags and
cushions so if don't mind, please bring yours for the event. Big or
small.

2) Pails
If you just hate all the pails taking up space in your laundry room or
bathroom, you can vacant it for this weekend. He he..please do bring
them over as we would need them for the campers. 'Dulang' are welcome
too. (Label them so that we can return it to you after the event)

3) Security
Eugene, please do check if the designated security room is vacant and
do get the lock/ keys ready. If I'm not wrong, we still haven't got
anyone for this role. So, fellow volunteers, if you're able to take on
this role, please step forward.

Hope the above is of good reference. Do add on the thread if you need
help/ need to update on your progress.

I just checked with 3 caterers in JB. Two said the budget is too tight for
7 meals. And only one bother to quote me back as follow:
Day 1: Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea, Dinner RM38/pax
Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea, RM23.50/pax
Total: RM61.50

So, as for now, we will have to stick with Amanda's quote.
